Issues on Role of Gender, Age and Qualification of faculties on Job Performance

The purpose of this study is to examine the association gender, age and qualification faculties with their perceived organizational justice job performance. For 7 QAA certified colleges were taken through judgmental sampling. Sample size was 396 determined by using slovins formula. Descriptive cross-sectional research design used. This found there no performance in Nepalese Colleges. strongest implication that fairness an important motivator at work place.
